Service Area
Lux Wine Tools serves customers primarily in the United States and Canada but we are happy to ship our products to customers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (C$). For details on shipping please visit our Shipping Policy below.
Out of Stock/Backorder
On rare occasions, an item may go out of stock before we ship your order. If this occurs, we’ll contact you before shipping to discuss options. While we do not accept backorders, you can choose to substitute the item or cancel the order.
Payment Methods
We work with Stripe and accept various credit cards. If your credit card authorization fails, we may cancel your order without notice. You must resolve credit card issues with your financial institution before placing a new order. We use SSL to protect this site and our client’s transactions.

Sales Tax
We apply sales tax based on the shipping address, which may differ from your billing address.
Price and/or Description Changes
We may update product prices, images, or descriptions without notice. While we strive for accuracy, mistakes may occur. If you spot a pricing error, please contact us within 30 days. After that, we cannot provide refunds or corrections.
By placing an order, you agree to the prices and terms listed at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds for past or future price differences.
Website Errors
Product availability and pricing can change without notice. We will correct errors as soon as we discover them. Lux Wine Tools may cancel any order, revoke offers, and correct errors in pricing or product descriptions—even after an order is submitted or confirmed. If we cancel an order after processing your payment, we’ll issue a credit to your original payment method. Your bank will determine when the credit appears on your statement.
Our Policies
Shipping Policy
We ship all products from our Western Canadian warehouse. We are partnered with Canada Post for domestic and international shipping. In case the provided shipping options at the checkout stage do not meet your expectations, please do not submit your order. Instead, reach out to us so that we can identify a preferred courier and shipping fee for you.
We don’t ship to PO boxes or split shipments. Enjoy free shipping when your order total (before tax) is C$100 or more. Refused shipments are disposed of in the destination country and are non-refundable.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–5:00PM (excluding holidays). Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are marked as “Shipped/Completed.” After that, you must request a return.
Returns Policy
You may return unused items in original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees apply unless noted. Refunds exclude shipping or overage fees. Below is an example of a Lux Wine Tools product in its original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, testing, or missing/damaged packaging cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about approval. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
To start a return, please contact us after your order is marked “Shipped/Completed.” Use a traceable, insured shipping method. Lux Wine Tools is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Do not tape or ship the product without a box.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card provider. Processing times may delay your refund. If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us for support.
Warranty Policy
All our products carry a warranty against manufacturer defects. A manufacturer defect refers to a flaw in materials or workmanship from the production process. Wear-and-tear or misuse is not covered.
The product lifespan defines how long an item should reasonably last. If a product fails after reaching its expected lifespan, the warranty does not apply—even if it’s still within the warranty window.
15-Day Money-Back Warranty
If a product fails to meet our claims after you open it, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping). This guarantee covers only performance-related issues—not preferences or misuse. We will request photos and/or videos about the performance issue. Once we reviewed the evidence of your concern we will inform you about our decision regarding the refund.
Limited Remedy
If a product qualifies under warranty, we may repair or replace it with one of equal or greater value, at our discretion. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. We are not liable for any incidental, personal, or financial damages. Some states or provinces may not allow these exclusions.
Warranty Exclusion
Warranties do not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or modified products. Failure to follow the user manual voids all warranties.
Damaged Items
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery. If you accept delivery and later discover damage, contact us right away. Keep all packaging and documents until we resolve the issue. Without them, we may be unable to process your return.
